In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that new tenant spaces are designed, built, and delivered in accordance with our premium retail and mall standards.
As a Fit Out Coordinator, you will act as a key liaison between mall management, design teams, and incoming retail tenants. You will assist in reviewing architectural and engineering design submissions, monitoring on-site construction progress, and coordinating schedules to ensure timely retail openings. Tanggung Jawab
- Review tenant design proposals, architectural drawings, and material specifications to ensure alignment with mall guidelines and safety standards.
- Coordinate and schedule pre-fit out alignment meetings with incoming tenants, contractors, and internal operations teams.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections during the fit-out construction phase to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved layouts.
- Ensure all fit-out activities comply with mall regulations, health and safety protocols, and local government building codes.
- Liaise with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams to facilitate utility hookups and final safety systems testing.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including progress reports, tenant files, work permits, and handover checklist records.
- Assist in managing the overall project timeline for store openings and lead the final fit-out handover inspection process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related technical discipline.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in retail fit-out, construction, or interior design is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other technical drafting and design software.
- Basic understanding of construction materials, MEP services, and commercial retail design standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse contractors, designers, and tenants.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for technical details.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to support critical tenant launch schedules.
