Pakuwon Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Interior Design Hotel Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. As a key player in our hospitality development division, you will be responsible for overseeing the aesthetic and functional integrity of our world-class hotel projects. This role requires a unique blend of creative design vision and rigorous project management skills to ensure that our interior spaces meet the highest luxury standards.
In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between design concepts and on-site execution. You will collaborate closely with world-class interior design and lighting consultants to translate visionary blueprints into reality. Your daily operations will involve technical documentation, site inspections, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring that every design detail aligns with Pakuwon Group's commitment to excellence and guest experience.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage communications between interior design (ID) firms and lighting consultants to ensure project alignment.
- Supervise the execution of interior design plans to ensure they strictly adhere to architectural drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with design standards.
- Liaise effectively with architects, MEP engineers, and procurement teams to resolve design conflicts during the construction phase.
- Review and interpret technical design drawings, material samples, and lighting mock-ups.
- Ensure all project milestones are met within the designated timelines and budget constraints.
- Provide detailed reporting to senior management regarding project status and design implementation challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in hotel or hospitality interior design supervision.
- Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent understanding of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) procurement and installation.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and detailed specifications.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to negotiate and manage external consultants.
- Proven track record of managing high-end hospitality fit-out projects.
