Erablue Electronics is currently seeking a highly motivated Site Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our physical footprint expansion, identifying and securing high-potential locations that align with our brand strategy and retail excellence.
As part of our expansion team, you will act as the primary liaison between our organization and property owners. You will be responsible for market research, site scouting, and negotiating lease agreements that support our mission to bring quality electronics to more communities. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and scout potential locations for new Erablue Electronics retail outlets across target areas in Jakarta.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, foot traffic assessment, and competitor research to validate site viability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents to ensure a consistent pipeline of site opportunities.
- Lead lease negotiations to secure favorable terms, rental rates, and favorable contractual conditions for the company.
- Collaborate with the legal and operations teams to conduct due diligence and ensure all site requirements are met before final acquisition.
- Manage the end-to-end site acquisition process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Provide regular reports to management on expansion progress, site performance projections, and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site acquisition, retail real estate, or commercial property leasing, preferably in the electronics or retail industry.
- Deep knowledge of the Jakarta real estate market and zoning regulations.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and demographic insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred for frequent field work.
