Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for retail architecture and tenant coordination? Nirvana Wastu Pratama (NWP Property) is seeking a dynamic Fit Out Coordinator to join our expanding Mall Operations team in Jakarta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our mall management and incoming tenants, ensuring that every fit-out project aligns with our high operational standards and architectural vision.
As the Fit Out Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end tenant handover process, from initial design review to final snagging and store opening. You will collaborate closely with contractors, architects, and retail business owners to guarantee that all renovation works are executed safely, within building regulations, and on schedule. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire tenant fit-out lifecycle from design approval to store opening.
- Review tenant design drawings to ensure compliance with mall guidelines, safety standards, and building regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections during construction to ensure adherence to approved plans and safety protocols.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors, and project managers regarding fit-out schedules and site issues.
- Monitor and manage work permits, site access, and waste disposal processes for construction teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Security, and Facility Management) to ensure seamless utility connections and operational readiness.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all fit-out projects, including progress reports and snag lists.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or retail property operations.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, MEP systems, and local building regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a significant advantage).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality assurance and safety compliance.
