As an Interior Fit-Out Engineer on our Data Center project, you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of interior construction, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Your expertise in shop drawing review and preparation will be crucial, along with your ability to communicate effectively in English with diverse teams and stakeholders. We are looking for a professional who can manage the complexities of a large-scale project, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring seamless execution of interior finishes, MEP coordination, and architectural elements within a state-of-the-art facility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise all interior fit-out works for the Data Center project, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Prepare, review, and approve detailed shop drawings and technical submissions related to interior finishes, architectural elements, and MEP interfaces.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of on-site issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Manage material procurement, delivery, and quality control for all interior fit-out components.
- Prepare progress reports, attend project meetings, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Fit-Out Engineer, with significant experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
- Strong proficiency in reviewing, preparing, and managing shop drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal) for professional communication.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality control procedures for interior works.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus.
