We are currently managing the fit-out of a new, state-of-the-art shopping mall in Johor Bahru and are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Executive to join our expanding team. As the Fit-Out Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all retail tenant spaces are completed to the highest standards, adhering to project timelines and quality specifications.
Our company is a leading property developer with a strong presence in Malaysia, and this mall is one of our flagship projects. We are committed to delivering a world-class shopping experience, and we need a dedicated professional to manage the fit-out process effectively.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire fit-out process from initial design review to final handover. This includes liaising with tenants on their fit-out proposals, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring compliance with mall guidelines and safety regulations. You will also manage the permit and approval process, track project progress, and report to senior management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A background in interior fit-out, construction, or retail development is essential. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and approve tenant fit-out drawings and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality compliance.
- Manage permit and approval process with local authorities and mall management.
- Ensure all fit-out works adhere to mall guidelines, safety standards, and regulations.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, reporting any deviations.
- Liaise with mall operations team on handover and operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fit-out project management, preferably in retail or mall developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
