Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end management of mall fit-out projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure strict adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain quality control standards.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with mall management and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and submit accurate project reports and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in fit-out, interior design, or construction management within the retail or commercial sector.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Construction, or a related engineering field.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and technical drawings.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
