We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fit-Out Executive to join our team for an exciting new shopping mall development in Johor Bahru. As a key member of our project management team, you will act as the primary liaison between the mall management and various retail tenants, ensuring that all store fit-outs meet design guidelines, safety regulations, and project timelines.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and operational success of our new retail destination. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire fit-out lifecycle—from design review and site coordination to completion and final inspection—ensuring a seamless handover for our retail partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and approve tenant design drawings against mall design criteria and building regulations.
- Coordinate site access and logistics for contractor fit-out teams, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing mall operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with approved designs.
- Manage the issuance of fit-out permits and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, architects, and contractors regarding fit-out technical queries.
- Facilitate the timely handover of premises and manage the process for final store opening inspections.
- Update project trackers and report on fit-out status to senior management on a weekly basis.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail fit-out management or shopping mall construction.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, fire safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including high-end retail brands.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
