Are you an experienced professional with a keen eye for design, construction, and tenant relations? Lippo Malls Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Fit Out Specialist to join our team at Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our mall management and our diverse range of tenants, ensuring that all fit-out projects are executed seamlessly, safely, and in full compliance with our brand standards.
As a Fit Out Specialist, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of tenant renovations, from initial design review to final project handover. You will act as a consultant to tenants, guiding them through our technical guidelines to ensure their vision aligns with the aesthetic and operational requirements of our property. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering excellence in commercial real estate development.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end fit-out process for new and existing mall tenants.
- Review and approve tenant renovation designs to ensure compliance with mall safety, engineering, and aesthetic standards.
- Coordinate between tenants, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth construction workflows.
- Conduct regular site inspections during the construction phase to monitor safety protocols and quality control.
- Resolve technical conflicts or design discrepancies between tenant plans and building infrastructure.
- Ensure all tenant construction activities adhere to the agreed-upon project timelines.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and documentation for mall management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in fit-out management, retail planning, or interior construction.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, fire safety regulations, and construction site management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design and project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to onsite challenges.
