Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the physical setup, assembly, and installation of manufacturing equipment and facility structures.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on fit-up components to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and technical team to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, guidelines, and PPE requirements at all times.
- Transport raw materials, tools, and equipment to the designated work sites efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment to prevent accidents.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, structural issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in a related field is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor duties for extended periods.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or construction fit-up is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a cohesive team.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment usage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, rotating shifts, and overtime when required.
