Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of automotive technicians to ensure high-quality, efficient device installations.
- Conduct daily quality control audits on fitments to ensure compliance with company safety standards and technical protocols.
- Plan and manage the daily workshop schedule to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex installation issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of fitment kits, tools, and replacement parts.
- Coordinate with the customer service and operations teams to manage vehicle intake and output efficiently.
- Prepare regular performance reports and incident logs for management review.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace that adheres to health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor, Team Lead, or Senior Technician, preferably in the automotive or telematics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive electrical systems, wiring, and vehicle diagnostics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a diverse technical team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using standard shop tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
