Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper functioning of all fitness equipment
- Assist guests with equipment usage and provide basic fitness guidance
- Monitor gym area for safety concerns and enforce facility regulations
- Prepare fitness amenities (towels, water, disinfectants) for guest use
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support special fitness events and wellness programs as required
- Coordinate with spa and recreation teams for integrated guest services
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Previous experience in fitness facility management preferred
- Basic knowledge of gym equipment and fitness safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual ability advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
- Customer service-oriented with professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle equipment
