Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for fitness memberships and wellness products
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend tailored fitness solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and engagement activities
- Collaborate with fitness professionals to create compelling service packages and promotions
- Track sales performance using CRM systems and provide regular progress reports to management
- Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to expand brand presence
- Stay updated on fitness industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitive edge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in fitness, wellness, or related industry
- Strong target-driven mindset with consistent achievement of sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and resilient personality with high confidence level
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire
- Proficiency in using sales tools and customer relationship management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
