Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment.
- Assemble, install, and align new equipment according to technical blueprints and specifications.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure all machinery operates safely and meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repair logs, and parts inventory.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and environmental regulations.
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar manufacturing or engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Valid training in workplace safety and health is an advantage.
