Lintech Duta Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Fitter Structure to join our expanding project team in Jawa Timur. We specialize in complex engineering projects, and we are looking for a professional capable of executing high-precision structural fabrication and assembly tasks.
In this role, you will play a critical part in our onsite operations, ensuring that all structural components are fitted, aligned, and welded to meet strict industry standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who thrives in a project-based environment, adheres strictly to safety protocols (K3), and possesses the technical expertise to interpret complex engineering drawings.

Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine specifications for structural assembly.
- Perform precise cutting, shaping, and fitting of structural steel components using various industrial tools.
- Execute structural fit-ups and alignment ensuring tolerances are within project specifications.
- Collaborate with welders to prepare joints and assist in complex structural welding processes.
- Maintain equipment in good working order and ensure a clean, safe workspace in compliance with company safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished assemblies to ensure structural integrity and quality standards.
- Report project progress and potential technical issues to the site supervisor effectively.
- Strictly follow and enforce site safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a Fitter Structure in an industrial or construction setting.
- Must possess a valid Competency Certificate (Sertifikat Kompetensi) in the relevant field (Kemnaker/BNSP/Migas).
- Proficient in using heavy-duty fabrication tools (grinders, cutting torches, measuring tools, etc.).
- Strong ability to read and understand structural engineering drawings and symbols.
- Physically fit and mentally prepared to work at various project sites in demanding environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and HSE regulations.
- Highly disciplined with the ability to work independently or as part of a technical team.
