Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble mechanical/electronic components according to technical specifications
- Conduct functional and quality testing of finished products
- Operate assembly machinery and testing equipment safely
- Document production data and quality control metrics
- Maintain clean and organized workstation following 5S principles
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Identify and report defects or process improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certificate
- Minimum 1 year assembly or testing experience preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Willingness to work fixed night shift schedule
- Good communication skills in English
