Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of fixed plant equipment including crushers, conveyors, and processing machinery
- Diagnose mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and implement effective repair solutions
- Develop and maintain equipment maintenance schedules to optimize operational uptime
- Collaborate with operations team to align maintenance activities with production targets
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards
- Document maintenance procedures, equipment performance, and inventory usage
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in mining or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipment and mechanical systems
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) is highly desirable
- Proficiency with maintenance software and diagnostic tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with hands-on mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in remote locations and adhere to site-specific protocols
