Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations using Adobe Animate (formerly Flash) and related vector graphics software.
- Collaborate closely with directors and storyboard artists to translate creative concepts into fluid animated sequences.
- Create fluid character movements, dynamic backgrounds, and visual effects.
- Ensure all animation outputs meet strict project deadlines and quality assurance standards.
- Optimize exported SWF and video files for web deployment and various digital platforms.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and adhere to brand guidelines across all animation projects.
- Participate in creative brainstorms and provide feedback to enhance the overall production quality.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Multimedia, or a related design discipline.
- A strong, professional portfolio showcasing 2D animation work, character design, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Animate, After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, and squash and stretch.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently on contract-based assignments.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
