Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily fleet operations including vehicle scheduling and dispatch coordination
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Monitor driver compliance with safety protocols and traffic regulations
- Coordinate vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance schedules
- Support logistics documentation including delivery reports and trip logs
- Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams for smooth operations
- Assist in resolving transportation issues and delays proactively
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in logistics preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in fleet management or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and route optimization
