In this high-impact role, you will act as the nerve center for our transport operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of fleet scheduling, ensuring that driver workflows are optimized to meet the rigorous demands of PSA port operations and vessel timelines. This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive mindset, the ability to make split-second decisions under pressure, and a deep understanding of Singapore's port logistics ecosystem.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily fleet movements and driver deployment to ensure timely container pickup and delivery.
- Monitor and manage real-time traffic and port congestion issues to optimize haulage routes.
- Ensure full compliance with PSA port regulations, safety standards, and terminal operational requirements.
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders, vessel operators, and third-party logistics partners to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital logs for container tracking and billing purposes.
- Troubleshoot operational disruptions and implement contingency plans to minimize downtime.
- Provide regular reporting on fleet utilization, performance metrics, and productivity levels to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in container haulage, port operations, or fleet management.
- Strong understanding of PSA processes and port documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage driver expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and operational excellence.
