Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily fleet operations and coordinate vehicle schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Record and analyze vehicle usage data, fuel consumption, and mileage logs.
- Track operational expenses and prepare monthly cost reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with transport policies, safety regulations, and government standards.
- Liaise with drivers and maintenance teams to resolve logistical issues efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date fleet documentation and compliance records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Transport, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or logistics management.
- In-depth knowledge of transport regulations, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data recording and reporting tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
