In this critical role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our departmental vehicle activities, ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
As the Fleet Coordinator, you will act as the linchpin between our drivers, management, and maintenance teams. Your primary responsibility will be monitoring vehicle status, scheduling preventative maintenance, and ensuring strict compliance with traffic laws and company policies. You will leverage your expertise to optimize routes, reduce operational costs, and maintain a high standard of service for all our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee Daily Operations: Monitor and manage the daily dispatch, scheduling, and routing of all company vehicles to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Maintenance Management: Coordinate with service providers to schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to prevent vehicle downtime.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all drivers adhere to safety regulations, traffic laws, and company driving policies at all times.
- Vehicle Tracking: Utilize tracking systems to monitor fleet location, fuel usage, and driver behavior in real-time.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate reports regarding fleet performance, mileage, and cost analysis.
- Inventory Control: Manage vehicle records, insurance documents, and registration renewals to ensure everything is up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or transportation management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using fleet management software or logistics tracking systems is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with drivers and management.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently under pressure.
- Driving License: A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
