Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily fleet operations including vehicle allocation, scheduling, and route optimization
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize operational downtime
- Track fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures for fleet efficiency
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and load management
- Analyze fleet performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation for vehicle inspections, maintenance records, and compliance reports
- Liaise with external vendors for vehicle servicing, insurance, and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or above)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
