Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize daily fleet operations to maximize utilization and minimize downtime
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and repairs to ensure vehicle compliance and safety
- Track fleet performance metrics and prepare detailed operational reports
- Manage driver assignments and route planning for efficient cargo transportation
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or logistics operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in fleet management software
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with clean record
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
