- Develop and enforce fleet management policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and preventive care programs
- Monitor fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and operational costs
- Manage driver assignments, training programs, and compliance documentation
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
- Optimize route planning and vehicle allocation for maximum efficiency
- Prepare comprehensive reports on fleet performance, costs, and incidents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Code 1/2) is advantageous
