Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule daily vehicle routes and driver assignments.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure all fleet assets are in optimal condition.
- Track and manage fuel consumption and report on vehicle performance.
- Ensure all drivers comply with traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle logs, insurance, and licenses.
- Communicate effectively with drivers regarding route changes or emergencies.
- Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports on fleet status and expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Completed any Bachelor's Degree or High School Graduate with equivalent experience.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Type B or B1) with Manual transmission.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or transport management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in using computer applications and fleet management software.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
