- Manage and maintain comprehensive fleet documentation records including permits, insurance, and registration certificates
- Coordinate with government agencies and third-party vendors for document renewals and compliance updates
- Process vehicle-related paperwork with precision and timeliness
- Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Support fleet operations teams with documentation-related inquiries and solutions
- Implement document management systems for efficient tracking and retrieval
- Train junior staff on documentation protocols and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or documentation management roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
