Tanggung Jawab
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of harbor craft machinery including engines, generators, and electrical systems
- Coordinate with Fleet Operations to schedule and execute maintenance activities efficiently
- Conduct precision machining, welding, and fabrication of marine components
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment lifespan
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and company protocols
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for fleet records
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marine engineering or heavy machinery maintenance
- Proficiency in machining, welding, and technical repair techniques
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with marine safety regulations (MARPOL, SOLAS)
- Certification in welding or machining preferred
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced maritime environments
