Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance schedules of all company vehicles and heavy machinery.
- Coordinate with external service providers for timely vehicle repairs, servicing, and mandatory inspections.
- Monitor fuel consumption levels and prepare accurate logs to optimize operational costs and reduce wastage.
- Ensure strict compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Manage vehicle registration, insurance renewals, and all related administrative documentation.
- Track fleet performance data and provide regular operational updates to the management team.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure the cleanliness and readiness of all assigned vehicles.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in fleet management or logistics operations.
- Valid Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic mechanical repairs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with drivers and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
