As a Fleet Executive, you will oversee vehicle dispatch schedules, manage driver performance, and implement strategies to optimize delivery timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily vehicle dispatch operations to ensure all deliveries are executed according to schedule.
- Supervise a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and road regulations.
- Monitor fleet utilization and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with dispatch teams, warehouse staff, and delivery personnel.
- Handle unexpected logistics disruptions, including vehicle breakdowns or route delays, with effective contingency plans.
- Prepare accurate daily reports on fleet performance, fuel consumption, and delivery efficiency for management review.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure all equipment is in safe, operational, and road-worthy condition.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in fleet management, vehicle dispatch, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of local geography in the Klang Valley and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in logistics software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of drivers.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays when required.
