Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure timely product deliveries across Negros Occidental
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Optimize routes and schedules to minimize fuel consumption and maximize efficiency
- Manage driver assignments and performance evaluations
- Prepare and maintain accurate fleet documentation and expense reports
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to align logistics with business needs
- Investigate and resolve operational issues affecting fleet performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of Philippine traffic laws and safety regulations
- Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
