Insular Oil Corporation is looking for a proactive Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our operations team in Santa Mesa. You will serve as the primary point of contact for vehicle maintenance, ensuring that our transport operations run smoothly without interruption. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily maintenance schedule for all company trucks and support vehicles.
- Coordinate with workshops and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
- Monitor fleet inventory, including spare parts, lubricants, and essential consumables.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards for all fleet operations.
- Track vehicle downtime and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports and documentation for management review.
- Assist in the procurement process for vehicle parts and equipment upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in fleet management, transport operations, or automotive maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle parts, mechanical systems, and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and commitment to organizational safety standards.
- Willingness to work on-site in Santa Mesa, Metro Manila.
