In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our maintenance operations, ensuring that our mobile fleet assets are tracked, analyzed, and optimized for maximum uptime.
You will play a critical role in managing complex data sets, identifying performance trends, and streamlining service schedules to enhance the operational efficiency of our mining and energy equipment. We are looking for an individual who can bridge the gap between technical maintenance needs and robust information systems, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive reliability across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the integrity of fleet maintenance data within our ERP/CMMS systems.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, potential failures, and areas for reliability improvement.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure service schedules are planned, documented, and executed according to safety standards.
- Develop and distribute automated reporting dashboards for fleet availability, uptime, and maintenance costs.
- Audit service records to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory and company-specific maintenance protocols.
- Collaborate with field operations and procurement to optimize inventory levels for critical spare parts.
- Provide technical support and training for field staff on the correct input and utilization of fleet management software.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the maintenance workflow and propose systems-based solutions to improve throughput.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet maintenance, asset management, or technical data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or similar).
- Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance methodologies within the mining or heavy industry sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical data into meaningful business reports for management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot systems-related discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across different operational departments.
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, resource-intensive environment.
