Are you an organized professional looking to make a significant impact in the mining and energy sector? Sukses Inti Solusindo is currently seeking a dedicated Fleet & Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team in Palembang. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our heavy machinery. You will be responsible for designing and implementing Flow Process Systems for maintenance tools, ensuring that all protocols are strictly adhered to. Furthermore, you will monitor the Performance per Hour (P2H) of all units and actively manage the backlog of maintenance tasks to prevent costly downtime and extend the lifespan of our assets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize Flow Process Systems for heavy equipment maintenance.
- Monitor and analyze Performance per Hour (P2H) data for all fleet units.
- Manage and update maintenance backlogs to ensure timely scheduling and execution.
- Coordinate closely with maintenance crews to execute preventive and corrective repairs.
- Identify potential equipment failures and propose proactive preventive measures.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and reports regarding fleet performance and maintenance costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Fleet Planner, Maintenance Planner, or similar role within the mining or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Process Systems and proficiency in maintenance management software.
- Proficiency in analyzing P2H units and effectively managing maintenance backlogs.
- Familiarity with Indonesian safety standards (SNI) and regulations in the mining sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote mining location.
