Deleum Group is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Fleet Manager to oversee our operational vehicle assets in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our fleet, ensuring maximum efficiency, regulatory compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of logistics, vehicle maintenance scheduling, and safety protocols. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing route planning, managing fuel consumption, and coordinating with external service providers to ensure our fleet remains operational at all times. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive fleet management strategies to optimize performance and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for all fleet vehicles to ensure 100% compliance with safety standards.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, workshops, and fuel suppliers to negotiate favorable rates and service level agreements.
- Monitor and analyze fleet KPIs, including fuel consumption, vehicle downtime, and utilization rates to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all fleet operations adhere strictly to local transportation regulations and company safety policies.
- Coordinate vehicle scheduling and dispatching to meet project requirements and deadlines efficiently.
- Manage fleet documentation, including insurance, road tax, and registration renewals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, transport logistics, or a similar industrial role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance practices and diagnostic procedures.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Valid driving license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to reside and work in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
