Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Manage and coordinate driver schedules, shifts, and performance.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and conduct routine inspections.
- Analyze fuel consumption data to implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with local transport regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational and reporting documents.
- Resolve day-to-day logistics challenges and dispatch issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fleet management or transport operations.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's transport laws and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
