Join Shopee's dynamic logistics team as a Fleet Operations Manager (Contract) based in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for optimizing our owned fleet operations to ensure seamless last-mile delivery excellence. You'll oversee driver attendance management, enforce strict route planning compliance including truck turnaround times, working hour regulations, and on-time delivery standards. This position requires strategic oversight of fleet performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain Shopee's reputation for reliable service. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative logistics solutions while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage driver attendance, punctuality, and performance metrics
- Design and enforce route planning compliance systems (truck turnaround, working hours, OTIF)
- Optimize fleet utilization through strategic resource allocation and scheduling
- Analyze fleet performance data to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams to resolve operational disruptions
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective action plans
- Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams for end-to-end logistics efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or logistics operations
- Proven track record in route optimization and driver management
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols
- Proficiency in fleet management software and data analytics tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
