- Oversee daily operations of the marine fleet, ensuring vessels are properly maintained, staffed, and equipped for optimal performance
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety standards
- Manage vessel scheduling, routing, and cargo planning to maximize utilization and minimize costs
- Coordinate with technical teams for vessel maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
- Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, incidents, and operational challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet operations, with at least 3 years in the marine industry
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and operational best practices
- Proven experience in vessel management, maintenance planning, and operational optimization
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
