Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate daily B2B transport operations to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Align daily demand with fleet supply to ensure on-time trip completion and operational targets.
- Monitor live fleet performance and resolve logistics bottlenecks in real-time.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and corporate clients to uphold high standards of service.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and suggest improvements for fleet efficiency.
- Prepare regular performance reports to management regarding trip success rates and fleet health.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and local transport regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline end-to-end logistics workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or transport planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in transport management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle stakeholder requirements.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift or fast-paced environment as required by operations.
