As a Fleet Operations Specialist, you will oversee daily dispatch activities, monitor vehicle health, and optimize shipping routes to ensure timely delivery while maintaining strict adherence to safety and operational standards. You will work closely with drivers, warehouse personnel, and external logistics partners to streamline workflows and reduce overhead costs. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily dispatch operations for all company fleet vehicles.
- Monitor shipping and receiving schedules to ensure timely departure and arrival of goods.
- Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules to maximize fleet uptime.
- Analyze delivery routes for efficiency, fuel economy, and safety improvements.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all vehicle movements and cargo status.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse teams to ensure seamless loading and unloading processes.
- Address and troubleshoot logistical issues or delays as they arise in real-time.
- Ensure full compliance with local transport regulations and company safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fleet operations, transportation management, or logistics.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume dispatch operations and coordinate multiple delivery schedules.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fleet management software.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of local routes in Cebu and regional distribution logistics.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support operational requirements.
