Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic fleet sales plans to acquire and retain corporate customers.
- Manage the end-to-end microfinance sales process, from lead generation to contract finalization.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential B2B and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including fleet managers and financial partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and credit facility arrangements that align with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and superior service for fleet contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Public Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or financial services, preferably in the automotive or leasing industry.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English, both verbal and written.
