Tanggung Jawab
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing fleet assets.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in processing inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date digital and physical records of sales transactions, stock movements, and fleet availability.
- Coordination: Liaise with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure seamless coordination between stock availability and fleet delivery schedules.
- Reporting: Generate daily or weekly reports on stock status and sales progress to assist management in decision-making.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle incoming emails, schedule appointments, and manage office supplies related to the sales and stock control department.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or stock control is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer literacy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
- Schedule: Willingness to work in a morning shift schedule.
