Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor the daily status and location of the vehicle fleet to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs for all vehicles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle logs, fuel consumption, and service history.
- Ensure all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations and registration requirements.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to troubleshoot issues and optimize route performance.
- Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, downtime, and maintenance costs for management review.
- Assist in the procurement of vehicle parts and coordination with external service providers.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in Logistics, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office or fleet management software).
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work in San Antonio, Laguna.
