Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily deployment and operational schedule of the company fleet to ensure timely service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of drivers and logistics staff to maintain high performance and productivity standards.
- Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections for all vehicles to ensure peak operating conditions.
- Ensure full compliance with local transportation laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, fuel consumption tracking, and maintenance documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet-related inquiries, emergencies, and scheduling adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Transportation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics operations, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, logistics software, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) or fleet management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions during operational disruptions.
