- Oversee daily workshop operations for truck fleet maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to maximize fleet uptime and minimize operational disruptions
- Manage workshop inventory, including spare parts and equipment procurement
- Supervise technical staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Analyze fleet performance data to identify maintenance trends and improvement opportunities
- Prepare maintenance reports and budgets for workshop operations
- Liaise with drivers to address vehicle issues and coordinate repair timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or truck workshop supervision
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems and heavy vehicle maintenance
- Certification in fleet management or heavy equipment maintenance preferred
- Proficiency in workshop management software and diagnostic tools
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving skills for complex mechanical issues and operational challenges
