We are currently seeking a motivated Flexi Attraction Crew member to join the team at Gardens by the Bay! As an Attraction Crew member, you will serve as the face of the attraction, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your positive attitude and helpful nature will directly impact the daily enjoyment of thousands of tourists. This role offers flexible scheduling, making it perfect for those balancing studies or other commitments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist visitors with ticketing, entry procedures, and general navigation throughout the attraction.
- Manage crowd control during peak hours to ensure visitor safety and smooth traffic flow.
- Provide accurate information regarding showtimes, exhibitions, and attraction facilities.
- Handle visitor inquiries and feedback with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Monitor exhibit areas to ensure compliance with attraction rules and safety protocols.
- Support operational logistics, including queue management and event support.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum commitment of 3 days per week for a duration of at least 3 months.
- Outgoing, friendly personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate busy crowds.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working in an environment that may include outdoor, weather-exposed, or humid conditions (e.g., Cloud Forest/Flower Dome).
- Prior experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
