Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of flight concierge professionals to deliver VIP service excellence
- Develop and implement operational SOPs for private jet and commercial VIP flights
- Coordinate complex multi-leg itineraries including ground transportation, catering, and security arrangements
- Manage client relationships and anticipate needs for high-profile individuals and corporate clients
- Ensure compliance with international aviation regulations and safety protocols
- Monitor service quality through KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with airport authorities, handlers, and charter providers for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Aviation Management
- Minimum 5 years' experience in aviation/luxury service leadership roles
- Proven track record managing VIP flight operations and client portfolios
- Strong knowledge of FAA/EASA/CAAS regulations and airport procedures
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English with additional languages highly desirable
- Valid security clearance and clean background check
