As a Flight Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating complex flight schedules, resolving travel disruptions efficiently, and ensuring every passenger receives exceptional service. You'll work with industry-leading Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to maintain accurate booking information and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate flight plans, itineraries, and booking modifications using GDS platforms
- Handle flight disruptions including delays, cancellations, and rebooking requirements with urgency and professionalism
- Monitor real-time flight operations and provide accurate updates to clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to resolve booking issues and ensure smooth travel experiences
- Process flight-related requests including seat assignments, meal preferences, and special accommodations
- Maintain detailed records of all flight operations and customer interactions in compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and quality metrics
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors while providing timely resolutions to customers
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in flight operations, travel agency, or airline reservations
- Strong proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation Management, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of Philippine aviation regulations and IATA standards is an advantage
