- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding flight bookings and itineraries.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel vendors to secure optimal flight schedules and accommodations.
- Process flight reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot travel-related issues and provide alternative solutions to ensure minimal disruption to travel plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, routes, and travel regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of travel documentation and ensure compliance with entry requirements.
- Collaborate with other travel specialists and internal departments to deliver seamless travel experiences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or travel-related role is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Proficiency in using travel reservation systems and GDS (Global Distribution Systems) is an asset.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially during high-demand periods.
