Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic daily inspections of ATM machines and peripheral devices
- Diagnose and resolve minor hardware/software malfunctions per established protocols
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance including cleaning, calibration, and component replacement
- Document maintenance activities, service logs, and equipment performance metrics
- Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate complex issues
- Ensure compliance with Brinks' operational safety and security standards
- Perform emergency repairs during critical service disruptions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and multimeter usage
- Basic understanding of networking protocols and cash handling systems
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English comprehension
